But I also miss my quality times with Chocho. I know he's in good hands and has adjusted well to the change, but I still miss taking our naps together.
Chocho has gained alot of new skills the last few weeks. He is not only able to climb up the stairs, but is now able to go down the stairs as well, backwards. I have no idea how he figured that out. The gates are definitely up blocking all stairs now at our house. He also has learned how to get off our bed!! This one's a shocker! He learned to go on his belly, and push his legs off the edge of the bed and he lands on his feet. Smart, but scary for mommy and daddy. This past weekend I took a nap with him together on my bed. I woke up before him, and so I snuck out to watch TV downstairs. When we heard his cry, we immediately ran upstairs to make sure he doesn't roll off the bed, but what did we find when we reached halfway up the stairs?? Chocho was already sitting at the very top of the stairs, looking down. He somehow managed to get off the bed, crawled out of our room, and sat on the stairs and waited for us to come over. We were so surprised when we found him there. We were shocked, but also proud somehow. But more afraid, but still proud, that our little one actually learned the new skills.
He's also learned how to open/close doors at home. He definitely understands alot of things now. Like last night, when I told him to go to sleep, he shook his head and wanted to play instead. He likes to make weird face now when he sees the camera:

oh wow! chocho is all grown up. does he noticed you are gone during the day?
Oh Wow. Smart guy. Yea. This is probably the fun time to see him grow, but also hard time sinc ehe is learning so much..
Glad to see you are having fun at work too!
I just realized I forgot to upload the pictures!
I'm not sure if he knows I'm gone during the day. B4 going back to work, I already brought him everyday to his grandparents' place and left him there playing with them, so I think he pretty much got used to the new routine. He does crawl to me and ask to be picked up when I come home from work, though.
Yes, fun & hard time indeed because he's definitely got his own mind and intentions now...
